Dr. Linda Johnson-McClinton is the Founder and President of Enriching Explorations in Engineering, Inc. (E3). She brings over 30 years of experience as a teacher, instructional coach, principal, district-level education administrator, leadership coach, data analyst, and adjunct professor. Since 2015, Dr. Johnson-McClinton has been a leading voice in STEM education.
Committed to advancing the field, Dr. Johnson-McClinton serves on a variety of committees focused on STEM education and innovation, and she shares her expertise through presentations at conferences and speaking engagements. In 2025, she was nominated as Nevada's State Ambassador for the Afterschool Alliance, where she advocates on Capitol Hill for sustained investment in afterschool programming, with STEM education at the forefront. As a professional, Dr. Johnson-McClinton believes in maintaining a positive mindset, building partnerships with a purpose, and always striving for significant outcomes. When she is not focused on her work with E3, she serves various organizations as part of her ministry of servant leadership. She volunteers with the Nevada Afterschool Network (NAN) and the Office of Science, Innovation and Technology (OSIT), both based in Nevada, and is an active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., and the National Coalition of 100 Black Women. |
