As a solo-founded organization with a statewide vision, E3 multiplies its impact through relationships — with schools and colleges that extend our reach, businesses that connect students to real-world careers, government and civic institutions that open new pathways, and fellow nonprofits that share our mission. Together, we do what none of us could do alone: turn curiosity into capability, and capability into opportunity, for students across Southern Nevada.
Our partners contribute in many forms. Some host students for hands-on experiences and internships that show them the working world of engineering. Some lend expertise, mentorship, and the voices of professionals who reflect what's possible. Some provide facilities, equipment, or the connections that bring a program to life.
